This picture is just plain terrible, but I had to try to share this project with you! A good friend asked me to paint a treat jar for her kids with a sort of bug theme -- and you can't even see the bugs! Aah! Maybe she'll send me a better shot from her kitchen!

Lego Mania!

A friend's son had a Lego-themed birthday party, and she requested a banner to go along with his party -- ta daaa! I really like how this turned out -- the Legos are handpainted on yellow fabric and then appliqued to the banner!

This particular banner falls into the "custom" category as birthday banners go, so pricing is determined by project!

Stocking Stuffer Idea...

I had my mom make up a whole mess of these great little snack bags because I was so tired of throwing away dozens of plastic sandwich bags every day... so wasteful! Now I seriously use the ones she made for Addison EVERY day! They are lined on the inside with clear plastic, so they hold up well to fruit and just about anything you can think of!

Currently, these are the fabrics we have available, but we are looking at some others. If you have any suggestions as far as what you'd like to see, let me know!
These snack bags are $7 each, and there are multiples in each fabric {for example, there are about 20 of the camo, 15 of the monkeys...}, so let me know ASAP if you are interested in ordering some!

Wedding Bibs... Huh?

Oh, what a request this was...

A sweet woman emailed me asking for a bib for her (grown) daughter to wear at her wedding reception. I honestly thought she was kidding at first, but the more we talked, the more I began to understand her idea: protecting the precious gown from the cake smash!
And of course, the soon-to-be son-in-law needed a matching bib -- he's a fireman, hence the fire truck!
The daughter's bib says, "My mom had this made for me" -- do you get this family's crazy sense of humor?I am waiting on the picture from the reception -- this should be priceless!

Due to the custom {time consuming} nature of this project, pricing available on request.

This is a fun Razorback canvas... The polka dots are actually metallic silver, and the words to the fight song are written on the canvas.

This particular canvas is a 16x20 {$75}, but it can be done in a variety of sizes. I haven't done another school's fight song, but I certainly could!

A good friend's daughter, Olivia, turned five last month and she needed some goodies to go with her Cupcake-Decorating party! She had the apron and chef's had, I just jazzed them up a little.

Rocking Chairs...

I have had several emails lately requesting rocking chairs, but I have basically exhausted my local supply of vintage chairs. I've found a couple of sources for new chairs, but until last night, hadn't found a solution for people outside of my area.

Well, here might be a solution... I found this shop on Etsy {http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=6403907} and they are willing to ship to me after you purchase the chair from them! You can even choose your base color or stain!

And the best part is -- the chairs themselves are only $27!!! Then all you will need to do is arrange payment (roughly $75-$100) and return shipping through me (we would contact the UPS Store for a quote)! If you are interested in doing this, please let me know beforehand -- I want to make sure I can do your project before you "Commit to Buy" on Etsy!
